At Brookline Teen Outreach, we believe young people are not simply Pittsburgh’s future—they are part of Pittsburgh right now.
That belief is at the heart of our Invest in Pittsburgh’s Next Generation year-end campaign. We are raising $40,000 by December 31 to help ensure that young people ages 10–18 have access to the relationships, opportunities, resources, and safe spaces they need to grow, lead, and thrive.
In our first campaign video, BTO youth share their perspectives, personalities, hopes, and ideas in their own words.
Their voices are a reminder that young people are more than a narrative. They are more than statistics, headlines, or assumptions. They are individuals with ideas about who they are, what they want, and what they hope their communities can become.
